Every listed item is reviewed before publication and dispatch so that customers can see the product title, brand, available manufacturer identifiers, condition, included accessories, pricing, shipping terms, and return terms before checkout.
Our Sourcing Process
- Vetted supply channels: We source luxury apparel, footwear, accessories, bags, luggage, and watches through lawful secondary-market distributors, retail buyouts, authenticated marketplace suppliers, and collector networks.
- Identifier review: Product information is checked against available manufacturer style codes, reference numbers, serial data, batch details, packaging, and marketplace records where available.
- Condition review: Items listed as new are reviewed for unused, pristine, factory-sealed, or unworn condition, including the original tags, accessories, boxes, or dust bags only when those items are stated on the product page.
Product Listing Standards
- Brand names identify the specific authentic goods offered in each listing.
- Product pages show price, availability, condition, color, size, shipping, and return terms before checkout.
- Listings with incomplete core product identifiers or unclear sourcing data are held back from external product feeds until reviewed.
Customer Protection
Customers receive the exact item described on the product page. If an item arrives damaged, incorrect, or materially different from the listing, it is eligible for review under our published return policy.
