Yes. You have 60 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item. We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including new, unused, or slightly used try-on items returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories when provided. Email support@jenzzi.com with your order number, return reason, and photos if the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We reply with return authorization, the mailing address, and a free return label to download and print when available.
Approved refunds are submitted to the original payment method within 5 business days after return inspection. Your bank or card issuer may take an additional 3–10 business days to post any refund credit.
We accept major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Link through secure Stripe checkout.
